Such good and bad memories from this video. I remember when I was super depressed/suicidal a couple of years ago, I used to play this video at least 10 times... I can consider myself today so much better than like, 2-3 years ago. What I have to say is, even if you're suffering, depressed, thinking about ending everything... things are going to get better. I know is really hard, every day, every second of it, we think ending it all would be perfect... I've been there, it's not a nice place. But would you like to give life another chance ? Please ? It's really exhausting, I know, the thoughts, all the sadness... what really helped me was getting the courage to finally talk to someone about what I've been through, otherwise they would never know. And from that point forward, I started to get better. Having someone I could always rely on, with the help of a shrink (it's not something you have to be scared of, or thinking that it's not going to work) and some medications, my life went from being really suicidal to not thinking at all about ending things. I started seeing things as they are. Life, even if we didn't want to be born at all, is going to bring a lot of good things for all of you 💛 allow yourself to heal, the right way. I'll always be here if anyone needs someone to talk. I wish you all a lovely new year.
